I journal (almost) every day for at least one hour. It is something that I find is crucial for my mental health. When I show up for myself on those pages and give myself the gift of some space to slow down and reflect it is so powerful what happens. These notebooks are the first phase of my new affirmation project. Affirmations make a difference in what I believe about myself and help me visualize where I’m going and I want to share my experience with their magic with others and hopefully they help you too.
Each notebook focuses on a specific affirmation. There are three original drawings related to the affirmation that I have done for you in each notebook. I can do custom affirmation notebooks for an extra $3.
